FAQ

Here are questions people frequently ask.

What happens after applying for a job?

Once you apply for a job, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Next, we’ll arrange an interview with your prospective manager, either face to face or online. If it goes well, we’ll meet again. During the next interview, you may also get to know some team members. And if everything works out for both sides, you’re in!

Any tips on the job interview?

We’re excited to say that most job applicants enjoy our hiring process — even if they’re not matched with a job in the end. Many stay in touch, apply for a different role or recommend us further.

Here’s a tip by our Recruitment Team on preparing for a job interview: Get in a good mood and imagine you’re talking to a friend.

Where can I find vacancies?

Right here. Explore jobs, and if there are currently no vacancies, you can leave us your CV and contact details.

If you think we would make a perfect match, take our quick test to determine whether you are a good fit for ITM8.

What level of English do I need?

You need to speak and write well. No worries if you don’t excel in English. You would get into the swing of things quickly as all our communication is in English and our colleagues come from different countries. Denmark, Sweden, Czechia, Romania, Italy, Nigeria, Germany… and many more.

You don’t have to undertake any English tests; just get through the job interview.

If you’re not from Czechia, don’t worry about not speaking Czech as you don’t need it for work.

What does the hybrid model mean for us?

We have a hybrid model based on your distance from the office. Prague-based colleagues work from the office at least twice a week. Colleagues who live close to Prague work from the office once a week. And last but not least, colleagues who live far from Prague visit our office once or twice a month.

Do people ever fail during the trial period?

Rarely. We choose our new colleagues very carefully. You will be fine for sure!

How can I grow at ITM8?

We love to grow and enjoy every challenge! Our workload is super diverse — juniors can quickly build themselves up and highly experienced specialists have many opportunities to learn and share their know-how.

If you’re stuck doing the same thing again and again, jump on our high-speed train and enjoy the ride!
