Once you apply for a job, we get back to you within 1 week. Next, we arrange an online interview with your prospective leader via Microsoft Teams. If it goes well, we will meet once again. You might get to know some team members during the next interview. And if that works for both parties, you’re in!

You need to speak and write well. No worries if you don’t excel in English. You would get into the swing of things quickly as all our communication is in English and our colleagues come from different countries. Denmark, Sweden, Czechia, Romania, Italy, Nigeria, Germany… and many more.

You don’t have to undertake any English tests; just get through the job interview.

If you’re not from Czechia, don’t worry about not speaking Czech as you don’t need it for work.

You can! Some of us work mainly in the office, others visit the space a few times a week, and some m8s work fully remotely within Czechia — they might come to the office once in a while or meet others at our team events, it depends.

That said, the vibes of our Prague office are great. During your break, you can play pool, darts, PlayStation 4, or chat with colleagues over a cup of coffee in the kitchen area.
